Based upon the real estate industry and the need to coordinate the schedule of many firms for a property transaction to occur as scheduled, the primary need of this Client is immediate response. EEG has identified Lindsey Management’s need for total commitment to provide them with the specific information they require in accordance with not only their needs, but also the needs and guidelines of various lenders or partners.

A final report is provided to Lindsey Management within approximately fourteen business days. Because of EEG’s ability to provide information to our client in a timely and accurate manner, representatives of Lindsey Management can focus their time and efforts on other necessary items in order to prepare for property development and meet the needs of their clients.

In addition to site assessment services, we have also performed asbestos abatement and consulting, asbestos surveys and radon testing for Lindsey Management Company, Inc.
